KONTROLLE DER DRUCKQUALITÄT: Die SPARK CAM-Einheit kann jede Art von Druck kontrollieren, einschließlich spezieller Laminierungen, mit der Möglichkeit, das Kontrollniveau je nach Bedarf anzupassen, um ein Endprodukt mit NULL Fehlern zu gewährleisten.
VALIDIERUNG VARIABLER DATEN: Möglichkeit, die Gültigkeit jeder Art von variablen Daten (OCR, 1D-Barcode, 2D-Barcode und morphologische Codes) zu prüfen und zu verifizieren.
GRADING VARIABLER DATEN: Möglichkeit der Bewertung variabler Daten gemäß den internationalen ISO-Spezifikationen (ISO 15416 für 1D-Barcodes und ISO 15415 für 2D-Barcodes)
SIMULTANEOUS CHECK: SPARK CAM ist das einzige Inspektionssystem, das sowohl die Druckqualitätskontrolle als auch die Bewertung/ Validierung variabler Daten gleichzeitig durchführen kann. So reduziert es die Produktionsschritte, die notwendig sind, um ein Endprodukt mit NULL FEHLERN zu gewährleisten.
CUSTOM FIELD OF VIEW: Anpassung des Sichtfeldes der Kamera an die Bedürfnisse des Kunden (Matrixkameras für geringere Anforderungen und Zeilenkameras für ein größeres Sichtfeld)

PRINT QUALITY CONTROL: The SPARK CAM unit can control any type of print, including peculiar laminations, with the possibility to adapt the level of control according to its needs, ensuring a finished product with ZERO errors.
VARIABLE DATA VALIDATION: Chance to check and verify the validity of every kind of variable data (OCR, 1D Barcode, 2D Barcode and morphological codes).
VARIABLE DATA GRADING: Possibility to make the Variable Data Grading according to the International ISO Specifications (ISO 15416 for 1D Barcodes and ISO 15415 for 2D Barcodes)
SIMULTANEOUS CHECK: SPARK CAM represents the only inspection system able to make both the print quality control and the variable data grading/validation simultaneously. So as, it reduces the productive stages necessary to ensure a finished product with ZERO ERRORS.
CUSTOM FIELD OF VIEW: Adaption of the field of view by the camera, according to the customer’s needs (matrix cameras for lower requirements and linear cameras for higher field of view)
