Vollautomatische Etikettiermaschine für Petrischalen
Ein Beispiel für unseren Sondermaschinenbau ist unsere Modellreihe PDL zur Etikettierung von Petrischalen. In der Anlage werden gefüllte und verschlossene Petrischalen bei einer Leistung von 130 Produkten/min mit einem serialisierten DMC-Etikett im minimalen Toleranzbereichversehen. Durch das ideale Zusammenspiel von Maschinenbau, Etikettenmaterial und Thermotransferdrucker ist uns dies zur vollsten Zufriedenheit unserer internationalen Kunden gelungen. Aus der vorgeschalteten Abfüll- und Verschließanlage werden die Petrischalen der Etikettieranlage zugeführt.
Mittels Taktstern transportiert das System die Produkte durch die verschiedenen Stationen wie z.B. Etikettierung, Nachdrückeinheit und DMC-Prüfung, in welcher gleichzeitig das Grading (Qualitätskontrolle) des Datamatrixcodes stattfindet. Falls die Qualität des Barcodes nicht ausreichend sein sollte, wird das Produkt ausgeworfen.
Durch den Einsatz unserer Etikettenspender RAPID SM, dem genauesten, am Markt erhältlichen Etikettiergerät, gewährleisten wir bei gleichbleibender Produktqualiät eine Genauigkeit von +-0,2 mm bei einer Etikettiergeschwindigkeit von 60 m/min. Hierbei werden die Signale ohne Umwege direkt in die von uns entwickelte Schrittmotorkarte geschaltet.
Neben unseren Etikettieranlagen liefern wir auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie gamma-bestrahlte Haftetiketten und Thermotransferfolien um ein perfektes Etikettierergebnis zu erreichen.

Fully automatic labeling machine for petri dishes
One example of our special machine construction is our PDL model series for labeling Petri dishes. In the system, filled and closed Petri dishes are provided with a serialized DMC label in the minimum tolerance range at an output of 130 products/min. Thanks to the ideal interaction of machine construction, label material and thermal transfer printer, we have succeeded in doing this to the complete satisfaction of our international customers. The Petri dishes are fed to the labeling system from the upstream filling and capping line.
By means of a clock star, the system transports the products through the various stations, such as labeling, the press-on unit and DMC inspection, in which the grading (quality control) of the data matrix code takes place at the same time. If the quality of the barcode is not sufficient, the product is ejected.
By using our label dispenser RAPID SM, the most accurate labeling device available on the market, we guarantee an accuracy of +-0.2 mm at a labeling speed of 60 m/min while maintaining product quality. Here, the signals are switched directly into the stepper motor card developed by us without any detours.
In addition to our labeling systems, we also supply consumables such as gamma-irradiated adhesive labels and thermal transfer ribbons to achieve a perfect labeling result.
