Wie macht EDICOMLta archivierte Dokumente beweiskräftig?
Einer der Hauptvorteile eines zugelassenen digitalen Archivierungssystems ist die rechtliche Beweiskraft der Unterlagen angesichts einer evtl. Auseinandersetzung mit Dritten oder bei einem Streitfall.
- Ein elektronischer Zeitstempel wird sequenziell und von der elDAS Verordnung qualifiziert anwendet. Der qualifizierte Zeitstempel garantiert die Vollständigkeit des Dokuments und mit dem Time Stamping weisen wir objektiv den exakten Zeitpunkt (Datum und Uhrzeit) nach, ab dem dieses Dokument aufbewahrt wurde.
- Im Laufe der Zeit (normalerweise alle zwei Jahre) werden elektronische Zeitstempel angewendet, um die Zuverlässigkeit des Zeitstempels über seine übliche technologische Gültigkeit hinaus zu verlängern. Dabei wenden wir den qualifizierten Vertrauensdienst zur Aufbewahrung der elektronischen Zeitstempel an.

How does EDICOMLta make archived documents evidential?
One of the main advantages of an approved digital archiving system is the legal evidential value of the records in the face of a possible dispute with third parties or in the event of a dispute.
- An electronic time stamp is applied sequentially and qualified by the elDAS regulation. The qualified time stamp guarantees the completeness of the document and with the time stamping we objectively prove the exact time (date and time) from which this document was kept.
- Over time (usually every two years), electronic time stamping is applied to extend the reliability of the time stamp beyond its usual technological validity. In this process, we apply the qualified trust service for keeping the electronic time stamps.
