Mit dpp.cloud überträgt sqanit diesen Ansatz auf die ESPR. Hersteller, die bereits Gerätedaten haben, erzeugen daraus automatisch digitale Produktpässe, die über GS1 Digital Link erreichbar sind.

Beide Produkte sind von Anfang an auf UDI und GS1-Standards ausgelegt. Zu den Kunden zählen Stryker, Ambu, Henry Schein und Asclepion. Auf der Plattform sind über 1,2 Millionen Geräte in 57 Ländern erfasst.

sqanit is a Munich-based software company for medical device manufacturers. The sqanit platform maps every device sold as a digital twin down to the serial number. Location, configuration, service history and lifecycle data are available worldwide in real time. It works without an app: technicians scan a GS1-compliant code on the device and see the relevant information immediately, with no login and no installation.

With dpp.cloud, sqanit applies the same approach to ESPR. Manufacturers that already hold device data can generate digital product passports from it automatically, accessible through GS1 Digital Link.

Both products were built for UDI and GS1 standards from the start. Customers include Stryker, Ambu, Henry Schein and Asclepion. Over 1.2 million devices in 57 countries are on the platform. A project goes live in 6 to 12 weeks.
