Wir schulen zu Bauteilkennzeichnung, maschinenlesbarer Identifikation, Rückverfolgbarkeit und digitalen Produktpässen. Die Inhalte richten sich dabei individuell nach den Kundenvorstellungen.
Die Trainings finden nach Absprache bei Ihnen vor Ort oder online statt. Auf Wunsch arbeiten wir mit Ihren eigenen Bauteilen und Markierungen, damit die Teilnehmer die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen verschiedener Kennzeichnungs- und Erfassungslösungen direkt am realen Material beurteilen können.

- Auswahl und Auslegung geeigneter Markierverfahren für unterschiedliche Bauteile, Werkstoffe und Produktionsprozesse
- Anforderungen an maschinenlesbare Codes und deren zuverlässige Erfassung unter realen Fertigungsbedingungen
- Aufbau von Identitäts-, Traceability- und Datenstrukturen über den Produktlebenszyklus
- Einordnung regulatorischer Anforderungen an Kennzeichnung, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Produktdaten
- Zusammenspiel von physischer Kennzeichnung, Serialisierung, Erfassung und digitalen Produktinformationen

We provide training on part marking, machine-readable identification, traceability, and Digital Product Passports. The content is tailored to the individual requirements and objectives of each customer.
Training sessions can be conducted on-site at your premises or online by arrangement. If desired, we work with your own parts and markings so participants can assess the possibilities and limitations of different marking and data capture solutions directly on real components.
