Die Kommunikationsplattform BrainGate ermöglicht einen zuverlässigen Datenaustausch mit dem EMVS (European Medicines Verification System, kurz genannt European Hub). Durch eine eigene Infrastruktur ist BrainGate noch anspruchsvoller und bietet zusätzliche Features.
Die EU-Direktive (EU-Richtlinie 2011/62/EU) zur Vermeidung von Arzneimittelfälschungen sieht eine Anmeldung verifizierter Serialcodes über den European Hub (EMVO) vor. In Kombination mit SecIdent, dem System zur Erzeugung von Serialcodes, bietet BrainGate die optimale Lösung für die schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem European Hub. Transaktionen, wie
- die Erstellung/Änderung von Produkt-Stammdaten
- der Produkt-Rückruf
- die Erstellung/Änderung von Chargen/Packungen
- der Rückruf von Chargen/Packungen
werden mit BrainGate unterstützt und erleichtern die Arbeitsschritte pharmazeutischer Unternehmen und Reimporteuren in hohem Maße. Das Konzept vielfältiger und flexibler Schnittstellen und Anbindungsmöglichkeiten wurde auch für BrainGate umgesetzt. So ist der Abruf von Prozess-Details und Logs via Schnittstelle einfach möglich. Auch werden alle EMVS-Umgebungen mit getrennten API-Endpunkten ITE, IQE und PRD unterstützt. Pro Abfragetyp ist die Zustellung der Antworten frei konfigurierbar; denkbar sind E-Mail, FTP-Server, HTTP/REST-Endpunkt und SecIdent. Besonders intelligent ist die Authentifizierung: BrainGate sorgt automatisch für die Erneuerung der EU-Hub-Access-Tokens, sowie die Ver- und Entschlüsselung der XML-Payloads.

In combination with SecIdent, the system for generating serial codes, BrainGate offers the optimal solution for fast and easy communication with the European Hub. Transactions such as the:

- product recall
- creation/modification of batches/Packages
- recall of batches/packages
supported by BrainGate and greatly facilitate the work steps of pharmaceutical companies and reimporters. The concept of diverse and flexible interfaces and connection options has also been implemented for BrainGate. Thus, the retrieval of process details and logs is easily possible via interface. Also, all EMVS environments with separate API endpoints ITE, IQE and PRD are supported. For each query type, the delivery of responses is freely configurable; conceivable options include e-mail, FTP server, HTTP/REST endpoint and SecIdent. Authentication is particularly intelligent: BrainGate automatically takes care of renewing the EU hub access tokens, as well as encrypting and decrypting the XML payloads.
