The Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act has to be implemented for companies with more than 3,000 employees in Germany since January 1, 2023. From 2024, companies with more than 1,000 employees in Germany must also implement the legal requirements of the LkSG. The task now is to identify the technical and process-related requirements and to initiate the digitization of the law.
