Die neue ESL Web Server Software läuft unter Windows, Linux und ist auf der EBS-50 Basisstation vorinstalliert. Mit einer komplett überarbeiteten Benutzeroberfläche kann jedes intelligente Gerät, das mit demselben Netzwerk wie die ESL Web Server Software verbunden ist (sogar über ein VPN), seinen Browser verwenden, um die ESL Web Server Oberfläche zu erreichen und die Etiketten zu verwalten. Maus, Tastatur oder Monitor sind nicht erforderlich.
Immer die Kontrolle über Ihre Daten
Durch eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungsoptionen haben Sie die vollständige Kontrolle über Ihre Daten, denn Ihre Daten gehören Ihnen.
- Vollständig extern; alle Produktinformationen, Links und Protokolle können auf Ihrem eigenen Datenbankserver gespeichert werden
- Vollständig intern; alle diese Informationen können von der ESL Web Server Software gespeichert werden (in einer lokalen SQL-Datenbank oder einer SQLite-Datei)
- Hybrid; Ihre Produktdaten werden in Ihrer eigenen externen Datenbank gespeichert. Die ESL Web Server Software speichert die lokal benötigten Daten (Links, Logs) in einer lokalen SQL-Datenbank oder einer SQLite-Datendatei

Die wichtigsten Informationen sind auf der Landing Page, dem Dashboard, zusammengefasst. Alles, was Sie über Ihre ESLs (Links, Bilder, Kommunikation und Batteriestatus), Basisstationen (Verbindungsstatus) und Datenbanken (Verbindungsstatus, nächste Synchronisierung) wissen müssen, ist in einer Übersicht zu sehen. Das Dashboard hilft Ihnen, ein Problem zu erkennen, bevor es zu einem Problem wird.
Vollständig ausgestattete REST-API
Was ist, wenn Sie eine Verbindung zur Software herstellen wollen, ohne dass ein menschlicher Benutzer, sondern ein Computer beteiligt ist? Dann brauchen Sie eine API, eine Anwendungsprogrammierschnittstelle. Sie können Ihren ESL-Web-Server über eine REST-API verwalten, wobei der Zugang durch API-Schlüssel gesichert ist. Funktionen wie Produktbearbeitung, ESL-Verknüpfung und Abfrage des ESL-Status lassen sich leicht in Ihre eigene Anwendung integrieren.

Sie können den Status aller Ihrer Geschäfte auf einer zentralen Übersichtsseite sehen. Weisen Sie einfach Ihren ESL Web Server an, seinen lokalen Systemstatus (wie auf der Dashboard-Landingpage zu sehen) an das ESL Cloud Dashboard zu senden.
Der kritische Zugang zu Ihren ESLs und Ihrer Datenbank ist sicher und passwortgeschützt auf der ESL Web Server Software, aber Sie können Probleme erkennen, bevor sie zu einem Problem werden, ohne sich bei jedem ESL Web Server, den Sie besitzen, anmelden zu müssen.

Manage your ESLs from any smart device
The new ESL Web Server software runs on Windows, Linux and pre-installed on the EBS-50 base station. With a completely overhauled user interface, any smart device connected on the same network as the ESL Web Server software (even through a VPN) can use its browser to reach the ESL Web Server interface and manage the labels. No mouse, keyboard or monitor is required.
Always in control of your data
Through a variety of setup options, you are in complete control of your data, because your data is yours.
- Fully external; all product information, links and logs can be stored on your own database server
- Fully internal; all this information can be stored by the ESL Web Server software (in a local SQL database or an SQLite data file)
- Hybrid; keep your product data stored on your own external database. The ESL Web Server software will store the locally required data (links, logs) on a local SQL database or SQLite data file
Check the system status in a glance
The most important information is combined into the landing page; the dashboard. All you need to know about your ESLs (links, image, communication, and battery statuses), Base Stations (connection status) and Database (connection status, next sync) is visible in one overview. The dashboard helps you spot an issue before it becomes a problem.
Fully featured REST API
What if you want to connect to the software without a human user, but a computer instead? Then you need an API, application programming interface. You can manage your ESL Web Server through a REST API, with access secured by API keys. It is easy to integrate functions like product editing, ESL linking and retrieving the status of ESLs into your own application.

What if I have more stores? Do I need to log into all the ESL Web Servers separately to generate a status overview?
You don’t have to! Data from all ESL Web Servers in your stores can be sent to one overview: the ESL Cloud Dashboard.
You can see the statuses of all your stores on a centralized overview page. Simply instruct your ESL Web Server to send its local system status (as seen on the dashboard landing page) to the ESL Cloud Dashboard.
Critical access to your ESLs and database is safe and password protected on the ESL Web Server software, but you can spot issues before they become a problem without having to log in to every ESL Web Server you own.
