Die Verifizierstation zur Qualitätskontrolle
AIT bietet neben den bekannten In-Line ID-Lesesystemen auf Basis der bewährten AIT EasyID Software ein abgerundetes Programm zur Verifizierung von direkt markierten 2D Codes nach ISO/IEC TR 29158 und von 2D Codes auf Etiketten nach ISO/IEC 15415 an.
Die Verifizierstation AIT EasyID Verifyer zur Qualitätskontrolle ist ein kompakter verstellbarer Aufbau für kleine und große Teile, bestehend aus einem stabilen Aluminium Profilgestell mit 3 verstellbaren Achsen und Positionsanzeigen, einer Grundplatte mit Bohrraster M6 zur Befestigung von Halterungen, Spannvorrichtungen und Bauteilaufnahmen. Zusätzlich ist eine Abdunkelung von oben und seitlich über Vorhänge möglich. Optional kann ein fahrbarer Unterbau mit Schubladenschrank installiert werden.
Außerdem beinhaltet der AIT EasyID Verifyer eine Auswerteeinheit, bestehend aus einem Kamerasystem In-Sight® Micro mit 640×480 (optional 1600×1200) Bildpunkten und einer 4-Quadranten-Beleuchtungsmodul und einem domartigen Auflicht.
Das einfache Einbinden eines PC über Ethernet an den Steuerschrank und die intuitive menügeführte Software mit Artikelverwaltung (Abspeichern der Achspositionen, Belichtungszeit etc.) runden das System ab.
Des Weiteren wird das Verifizierungsergebnis mit Bild, Einzelgüten und Fehlstellen protokolliert. Es ist auch möglich die Protokolle zu drucken.

The verification station for quality control
In addition to the well-known in-line ID reading systems based on the proven AIT EasyID software, AIT offers a well-rounded program for the verification of directly marked 2D codes according to ISO/IEC TR 29158 and of 2D codes on labels according to ISO/IEC 15415.
The AIT EasyID Verifyer verification station for quality control is a compact adjustable setup for small and large parts, consisting of a stable aluminum profile frame with 3 adjustable axes and position indicators, a base plate with M6 drilling grid for mounting brackets, clamping devices and component fixtures. In addition, darkening is possible from above and laterally via curtains. Optionally, a mobile base with drawer cabinet can be installed.
In addition, the AIT EasyID Verifier includes an evaluation unit consisting of an In-Sight® Micro camera system with 640×480 (optionally 1600×1200) pixels and a 4-quadrant illumination module and a dom-like incident light.
The simple integration of a PC via Ethernet to the control cabinet and the intuitive menu-driven software with article management (saving of axis positions, exposure time, etc.) round off the system.
